School Administrator's Guide to the 5 Keys of Effecitive Behavior Management in the Classroom
Behavior problems consume too much administrator and teacher time. Often teachers wind up dealing with the same problems over and over again instead of bringing them under control when they first occur. Students are often repeatedly “sent to the office” without clear goals or expectations in doing so. Administrators, teachers, parents and students all become frustrated. Precious time is wasted and staff morale plummets.
This workshop is designed to put an end to many of these problems. In this straight forward, evidence-based course, we will provide you with a structured program, easily taught to teachers, to guide them in managing problem behaviors in their classrooms.
Administrators will leave this conference with our 5-Step Behavior Management Program to implement within their schools. We will teach this course as a model that you can directly transfer to your own school. Our workshop will prepare administrators to guide and support staff in the implementation of this program. (Note: In the event an administrator cannot attend, a selected school representative can attend in your place.) In addition to our main focus on behavior management of students, an additional emphasis will be placed on effective coaching skills and motivational strategies for working with school staff in implementing this program.
A conference for school administrators (designed by school administrators) that will help you guide your teachers to better
behavior management.
